Anzhela lived not far from the Kryvyi Rih airport, so she was among the first to hear the explosions. The first days of the war passed in chaos: endless news monitoring, confusion, and fear. She watched from her window as her hometown burned, and it hurt even more to learn that the village of her family, where her mother was buried, had fallen under occupation. But gradually, panic gave way to realization: what keeps Ukrainians together is their inner strength and their care for one another. Anzhela is an artist, and now she dreams that Ukrainian culture will resound across the world, that her country will become a true global brand — one without war, but with reverence for dignity and understanding of the price of victory.
