Liudmyla is a Kyiv resident who did not leave her hometown from the first days of the full-scale invasion. Her district suffered from shelling from the very beginning, yet there was no fear then. The real horror came later — when a neighbor from Bucha, through tears, told her what she had had to endure there. The lawlessness of the russians and the scale of the war are still hard to comprehend, but one thing Liudmyla knows for sure: whatever happens, she will not leave Kyiv and will wait for victory in her own city.
