In the early days of the war, the local lyceum became a refuge for people who arrived here almost daily from the occupied territories. Children, women, and elderly people exhausted from hunger. Some were brought to school on sheets. More than two hundred people found temporary help here, says Mykhailo Shulga, director of the center.  Evacuation transport was sent from here.
