Maria is a Ukrainian diplomat who today represents Ukraine on the cultural front in Switzerland. A full-scale invasion caught her in Kyiv – together with millions of Ukrainians, she survived the shock of the first explosions and the search for safe shelter, and later – motherhood in wartime. Now Maria talks about Ukraine in Europe every day. She is convinced: her mission is to ensure that the world does not forget what her country is fighting for, because her heart remains at home forever.
