Since 2014, war has been following Dmytro – from house to house, from pain to pain. Avdiivka, Opytne, Dobropillia, Novosamarske – each of these places left a mark on his memory of shelling, survival and loss. He saw russian shells flying overhead, the city plunging into darkness without light or water, the stove becoming the only kitchen, and the plantings becoming a place where bodies were left. But even after everything he had been through, Dmytro did not break down. For the fifth time, he is starting from scratch – now in Poltava. Here, he works, helps others, and never loses faith: in himself, in his country, and in victory.
