Nataliia from Mykolaiv region met the war with a deep sense of anxiety. Her husband went to Mariupol to defend the city from the enemy invasion. From the very first days of the russian aggression, Natalia felt uneasy, especially after the telephone connection with Mariupol was cut off. Nataliia waited for her husband to be released from captivity for a long time, even as her hopes were dwindling. Her only comfort and source of strength were her children.
