When the war began, Anastasiia was still a schoolgirl. The family left for Borodianka, hoping it would be calmer there than in the capital — but they found themselves in the very epicenter of the fighting. More than once, it was a miracle that saved them. What she lived through made Anastasiia grow up fast. Now she is studying to become an architect and dreams of rebuilding Ukrainian cities destroyed by the war.
