Ostap Kovalchuk is a Honored Artist of Ukraine. He recalls with a smile how, in February 2022, he was holding an exhibition of his works dedicated to the Cossack Mamai at the Tadzio Gallery. And in the end, this exhibition lasted for more than a year, because there was simply no possibility to bring it to a close.

During the invasion, Ostap introduced Europe and Africa to Ukrainian culture. The Cossack Mamai was seen by the entire world. And Ukrainians themselves began to pay much more attention to their cultural identity.
