Nataliia Badika's son was a military pilot. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he was on a combat mission. Every day, the woman waited for news from her son, and their family created a support group - a group of pluses. "When the air raid alarm ended, we all sent pluses - a sign that we were alive. But when the plus was delayed, I knew that my son was on a mission, I waited for this plus with a sinking heart," the woman says. On December 31, the plus from her son never appeared. The next day, Nataliia learned that her son had died. "I couldn't believe it, I thought it was a mistake. But a year later, a DNA test confirmed the terrible truth," Nataliia recalls with tears in her eyes.
