Hanna Lobanovska is an art historian, journalist, and daughter of the prominent sixtiers artist Borys Lobanovskyi. The war found her in Kyiv. As soon as Hanna left for Europe, the next day her village Nemishaieve was occupied. Today she lives between two worlds: Ukraine, where her friends, work, and roots are, and Europe, which gave her shelter. At the center of her personal mission are education, the promotion of Ukrainian art, and the heritage of the sixtiers. For, as Hanna believes, culture is what develops, business is what feeds, and politics must be socially oriented.
