He didn’t leave his native city, Mariupol, regardless of the shelling and the siege

Andriy Diakonov, an entrepreneur, didn’t leave his native city, Mariupol, regardless of the shelling and the siege. He was helping the locals survive these difficult times. Previously, he had worked as a speaker at the Mariupol TV station and managed the Olnight building company.

Andriy Diakonov died on April 11, in the Prymorsky district while he was giving a lift to the locals, including a priest. As the entrepreneur and his passengers were going past the hotel Tourist, they saw a tree branch on the road and stopped to remove it.

The car got under fire. Everyone, except the woman in the front passenger seat, were killed.

Rest in peace.
