Daryna Bezborodova died as a result of the shelling of the Kramatorsk railway station. She was only 16 years old.
Daryna Bezborodova was killed by the Tochka-U, which hit the Kramatorsk train station, where hundreds of people could get evacuated every day. She was 16 at the moment of death; she didn’t even graduate from secondary school.
Daryna lived in Kostiantynivka; she was a permanent volunteer at Druzi youth center, took part in organizing the city’s festivals and the project of sexual education for teenagers, and worked in a coffee outlet. It was impossible to see her outside of a large crowd of friends.
This is what the NGO where the girl worked as a volunteer says about Daryna,
“Dasha, we will always remember your open eyes, filled with warmth and love to the entire world. We will engrave all the hatred towards Russia that has brought us so much pain and losses and take revenge for you and everyone who died from the occupiers’ hands.”
