"We enjoyed life before the war broke out. Then life was interrupted"

War is something unnecessary. I wish peace would come. That is the most important thing. I wish we understood each other. And war means fear, terror. I can't even cry any more.

We enjoyed life before the war broke out. Then life was interrupted

We used to be very cheerful. All of the sudden, the war began. Then the husband died. You can say that life was broken. We have recalled it recently. We realised we had to live.

We could hear shots on the highway, but they didn't reach us. Then shells started falling here. Houses were destroyed. We had to hide in the basement. We were so afraid. Once it stopped, we went back to the apartment.

A garage on Sovetska Street was destroyed. The roof there was shattered. Half of the house was destroyed. The gate was damaged by fragments.

My husband died in 2005. The war had already begun. His heart couldn't handle it. He died, and we buried him.  Of course, it was caused by the stress and fear. It is very hard without him by my side. I had some kind of support. Now I have nothing. If the bombardment started, he took care of us. He was very supportive.

The humanitarian aid we receive is very helpful. Indeed. We wouldn't survive without it. If it wasn't for Rinat Akhmetov, I don't know if I would have survived. He is the only one in the world who helps us. No one else helps us as much as he does. Thus, we bow down before him.

Let's hope for the better. I hope for the better. We hope for the better, brighter future.
