The war broke into Nataliia’s life when she was eight months pregnant. She remembered giving birth to the sound of sirens for the rest of her life.

But despite the danger and fear, the woman continues to do what she loves and keeps the cultural front going. Nataliia is a ballet dancer in a state ensemble. She also teaches dance to children and prepares them for competitions.

And her daughter Sofiia is the winner of an international aerial gymnastics competition. Together with other children from Ukraine, it took her three days to get to the competition venue. And despite the difficult journey, she raised the Ukrainian flag to the highest level in this competition.
