We have been living under explosions for six years. There was a time when a shell hit the wall of our house. We were just swept away by the blast.

I was a few meters away from where the rocket landed. I was thrown to the ceiling and back to the floor by the explosion. It was dark. I felt that my hands were wet with blood. I knew my husband was outside. I regained consciousness - I heard his cries for help. I say, "I can't help you, I'm hurt."

He was covered with planks, lying pale as a ghost. Doctors have been removing small fragmentation from his body for several months. Three fragments still remain. Two are near the lungs, and one - near the heart.

We now appreciate every moment spent together. The wall is destroyed – you can restore it, but you can't restore a life after death. People are dying…

Half the city residents, if not more, have left. Grandchildren and children don't come because of the attacks. We have two children and five grandchildren. Now they live in Kyiv and Chernivtsi. I really wanted them to visit us one day..
