“Had the shell moved another half meter, I wouldn’t be talking to you now”

Aidas, a Lithuanian, lives in Uman, on the sixth floor of the building that was hit by a rocket. His death was the half meter away that the shell did not travel. He was the last one to be removed from the balcony by the rescuers when his apartment on the seventh floor was already on fire.
