“I remember how my parents and I hid in the basement”

A lot of things have changed since then, since 2014. I remember how hard they shot and how my parents and I hid in the basement. I remember how we were hiding in a room without any windows. But when I was too young, I did not fully understand how dangerous it could be. It is very scary that war can take lives, and it should be feared.

Peace is calmness and harmony, when no one is shooting, when everyone is friendlier.

My dream is for the war to end, for all the shelling, everything like that, to never exist anywhere.
