Natalia came to Kramatorsk to see her husband, the serviceman. She was injured on June 27, 2023, as a result of a russian missile attack on the Ria Pizza cafe where they were having dinner. She found herself under the wreckage. She suffered spinal fracture and numerous bruises to her body. She underwent rehabilitation at a sanatorium under the program of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation.
