Yeva recalls how she woke up in Kyiv from explosions. It was frightening, there was chaos all around. The girl left with her family for the Kyiv region, to a house that was completely unfit for living. Her path then led to Zakarpattia. Yeva did not want to leave Kyiv, but her mother needed help. A month later, the girl returned to Kyiv alone. Tense days of work and volunteering began, which led to exhaustion. "We have no dreams," Yeva says sadly. She is supported by friends, and the summer house helps — it restores a sense of peace.
