They say that time heals, but the more time passes, the harder it is for us. On August 31, 2016, Schastie came under heavy fire. Alexandra managed to send her son and her neighbors to the basement and ran out to meet her husband Pavel. Near the entrance, a fragment hit her. She did not regain consciousness; she died in the hospital on the fifth day. She was only 28 years old.

Her son Ilyusha does not remember this day, the consciousness blocks terrible memories in order to protect himself from pain. Psychologists say this is a trauma of war.

Six months earlier, my son, Alexandra's husband, was also wounded. He is a power plant engineer; he suffered from a mine explosion at the Lugansk TPP. He got shrapnel wounds all over his body, head and legs.

I was thinking: well, what misfortune could still happen to us ... It turned out differently.
