In 2014, when Alina was still a schoolgirl, she saw the fighting in Donetsk. The battle for the airport began during a physical education class, two kilometers from her school. Like many residents of Donetsk, she left her hometown with only one suitcase of summer clothes. February 24, 2022, also began with a shock - the girl's friend was killed by a missile strike. “Losing loved ones is the worst thing in this war,” says Alina. She now works for DTEK and is grateful to the company for its active position. These are various projects to support the Ukrainian military and civilians.
