"They was shooting all the time – and we were sleeping on the floor all night"

I'm David, I have a small family. I live with my dad, mom, and brother. On weekends, we went to the parks with our friends. We lived well before the war. We had a nice house, we lived in a beautiful city. I went to school, my brother went to kindergarten, my father worked, and my mother did household chores. And then the war started – and we moved to Kramatorsk.

At first, my brother didn't go to kindergarten. And it was hard for me to find friends. But then everything became normal. I found friends, and my brother went to kindergarten. And so we have been living for two years.

The worst moment was when the house started to shake and our lights went out. There were shots all the time – and we were sleeping all night on the floor in the corridor.
