Liudmyla is the head of the social and humanitarian department of the Vyshevychi Village Council. Her village is located just 20 kilometers from Borodianka, so at the beginning of the war the flow of internally displaced persons did not stop. Overall, more than 600 displaced people were registered at that time. Caring for them became Liudmyla’s continuous work — against the backdrop of explosions, uncertainty, and personal anxieties. Work and people’s unity helped endure a terrifying everyday reality. Today there is only one dream — a peaceful sky for children and grandchildren.
