Svitlana met the full-scale war in one of the colleges in Kyiv, where she worked. She recalls how during the shelling she helped to evacuate children from the dormitory.

Only a month later, the woman went home to the village of Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhzhia region. An even greater war befell her there. The russians have been shelling this settlement almost every day for two years. So the woman stayed in the village for a short time. Most of the houses were destroyed by shells there. Desperate people who sometimes visit the frontline Tokmachka say that Svitlana's house is also damaged enough.
