We didn't think we'd have to survive two wars. We have been bestowed honours and thanked for peace for 70 years. And today, thousands of veterans are starving in the destroyed Donbass.

When World War II started, I was 17 years old. I was in the rear. And 70 years later, bombings came back into my life. This is just a nightmare, not a war.
