Oleksandra lived in Nova Kakhovka, not far from a military unit that was heavily shelled at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Everything happened in front of Oleksandra and her family's eyes. For four days, they lived in the basement of Oleksandra's friend. Food was missing from the shops. The woman left to save her children from the occupation. It was very difficult to leave because of the checkpoints, where russians were constantly mocking [people]. Now, she volunteers at a fund to help Kherson residents.
