Our resort village has no future. When we learned that the sea had been mined, we understood that no one would ever come to visit us on vacation.

At the very beginning of hostilities, my wife Lyudmila and I almost died. We still remember the worst shelling in our life. I thought then that it was everything, the end. We have already said goodbye to each other, kissed. But we survived.

For ten months we left our home, lived in a rented apartment in neighboring Mariupol. But we were very homesick. We returned under bullets and shells because of despair. Now we live like that, we are already used to everything.
