" I'm reviewing photos of my family. This is all I have left"

Old people whose homes were destroyed found themselves in terrible conditions. Fighting continues in our cities and towns. We, retired migrants who suffered from the war, have been coming to the Board and Care Facility in Mariinkyi District for two years.

I fled the bombing with my daughter and her family from Krasnohorivka. I can't afford to rent a separate apartment, because I am a pensioner. I decided to stay in a place where people like remained — either orderly or single.

I can say that I was lucky, I was accepted to the Board and Care Facility without a certain period of stay. However, you have to pay 75% of your pension for living. I constantly think about home, review photos of my family. This is all I have left. Everything I've made in my life is still there, at home.
