Our daughter Liia is three years old. She has a heart defect. The doctor said that children with such diagnoses live only up to 35 years. The surgery to close ductus arteriosus between was supposed to be done a year and a half ago in Donetsk. However, the war broke out, and the treatment had to be postponed.
We left our hometown, and now we live in Slavutych. It is possible to escape from attacks, but it is much more difficult to escape from a deadly disease. Liia often asks me questions, "Will they shoot again?"
