From the first days of the war, Natalia did not leave Kyiv – she went through all the air raids, cold nights, shelling, and shortages of food and medicine together with the city. Her house was hit twice: first in December 2022, when a missile fell nearby, leaving a crater behind, and then – on the night of June 17, 2025. That time, 22 people were killed, as a russian missile struck the entrance of a neighboring building. Natalia spent the night in the bathroom, trembling from the explosions. Her home has shattered windows, but the woman is grateful to fate that she survived. And despite everything, she believes: good will surely prevail.
