I had to leave my hometown

When the war began, I was on the Bilosarayska Spit, so I did not hear it. But when I come to visit my grandmother and grandfather for holiday, then I sometimes hear some shooting. At first it was scary because of some loud sounds, but then I started to get used to it little by little. Yet, there is still some fear in my soul every time when shooting starts.

I just feel very sorry that I had to leave my hometown. I love it very much because this is my hometown. There I had my friends from the time of the kindergarten. I have most of my relatives there. I really like it there. Although it is not very big, I still like it very much. We live not far from the park, and we walk around there all the time. I had to relocate, to move many times.

When the war began, we stayed on the Bilosarayska Spit for two days. Then we moved to Melekine and lived there for two weeks. After that we  moved to Kurakhove and also lived there for two weeks. And then we moved to Druzhkivka and for now I have been living there for seven years.
