I was in Donetsk sitting with my parents in the kitchen, we were having lunch. Suddenly we heard a big bang. Of course, we were all scared and ran out through the partition. Dad ran outside. The whole field was smoking. We then went to my grandmother's house in Bakhmut. And then it all started.

I was very scared, but people get used to everything over time

I was very scared, but people get used to it over time. They used to be afraid even of machine guns when they were shooting. And now, even if someone is shooting somewhere, they [people] are calmly walking, they of course understand if it is far or close.

War is the destruction of families, murder.

I really want the war to end soon. I want to see more of my friends who stayed in Donetsk.

I like it when there are no quarrels, everyone understands each other, there are no fights, shouting, and everyone is friendly and good at communicating.
