Our adopted daughter Venera was only 10 years old when her mother died. The girl was born in Yenakiieve, her mother was killed during the shelling of the tuberculosis dispensary, where she was undergoing treatment.

Venera's father died earlier, and the girl ended up in the social center of Mariupol. Venera spent six months in an orphanage before we adopted her.

When my daughter turned 12, we went to the amusement park. Suddenly Venera felt sick. She had a headache. Doctors saw a benign tumor on the tomogram and a cyst in the brain.

Thousands UAH were required for the operation and medicines for the child. We started raising money. The doctors removed the cyst, but did not touch the tumour yet, otherwise Venera would have been in danger of disability. Two weeks ago, Venera returned home to the village where we keep horses, and she loves them.
