We live on Shkilna Street. It happened in February 2015. Two Grad shells fell in our yard. We still can't get over it. For eight months I suffer from the consequences of a massive stroke. I can barely get up. It is not easy for my husband, because his health had also deteriorated drastically after the bombing. When the shell exploded, husband became deaf in one ear and practically lost his sense of vision.

It was a miracle that we were alive at all. A wall and glass crashed down on me from the blast wave. The only thing that saved me was the blanket I was sleeping under.

I still remember that day by the minute. A shell fell at 09:15 p.m. The clock stopped right at that time. It was two or three months before they started again.

Fragmentation shattered the house and cut down a motorcycle that was parked in the garage. Everything we built with our own hands turned into ruins in a matter of seconds.

We live in constant tension. We hear gunshots in the distance every day.
