Larysa is a resident of the village of Peremoha in the Kyiv region. After it was occupied, she and her family decided to stay in their home. There are three disabled people in the family. When the occupiers came to search the house, they barely had time to take down the photo of her eldest son, who served in the police.

The enemy also came to fetch water from the well located in Larysa's yard, and fulfilled the hostess's conditions - to leave the machine guns outside the yard so as not to frighten the children and elderly parents. The woman recalls how simple things surprised foreign soldiers: the presence of a bathroom in the house, an electric car.

Larysa tells the story of a heroic woman who was killed by the Russian invaders because she was driving across a field and called "fire on herself" to destroy enemy equipment. Larysa is convinced that we have no choice but to win.
