On the morning of May 1, the man’s life ended abruptly when the Russian troops shelled the city.
“Till his last breath, he was helping the families evacuate from the city, distributed humanitarian aid, and cared about everyone,” – this is how the colleagues remember Andriy Slieptsov, the head of the Social service center in the Donetsk region.
Andriy Slieptsov was also the founder and president of the “Social Enablers” charitable fund. He was an active volunteer.
“A wonderful person, colleague, father and family man, a good specialist and friend,” – his colleagues write about him.
