War has started in my city, and it has lasted for four years so far. Unfortunately, no one knows when it will all end, and we will start to live peacefully and safely.
One day when I had a birthday, a heavy bombing began. So I celebrated my birthday in the basement. What a pity!
I often wonder why it had to start exactly on that day. Why is life so unfair? I cried for a long time and could not understand why this was happening to me.
Can you imagine sitting in the basement, crying and not understanding what is happening and what will happen tomorrow? Or being afraid to do something and say something?
What is peace? Well, for me, it's when you don't have to think about what will happen tomorrow, whether you will have to sit in the basement. Living a normal, peaceful life. That is what peace is. To be able to walk with friends, have fun, eat, smile and laugh. When your eyes are filled with kindness and laughter.
When the war is over, I would like to go to Kyiv or Kharkiv and continue studying there.
When I grow up, I would like to be a dancing teacher. I love ballroom dancing, and I have been doing it for five years. The end of the war is an opportunity to travel to different cities and countries, take part in various tournaments and competitions. I really want this war to end. I just wish everything would go back to the way it was before. I hope that it will settle down, and would be able to live normal lives.
