Small centres of resistance in the villages of the Kyiv region. What did they look like, how did they organise themselves, how did they keep in touch?
Oksana tells us how, long before the invasion, a real underground began to form. People from different villages came to each other, prepared hiding places, discussed the communication system, and did everything they could to help the Ukrainian armed forces. And when the trouble came, they were able to overcome the panic and set up a transit point for refugees. They showed secret paths to the soldiers. They provided food as much as they could. They passed on information about the movement of Russian troops. And just supported each other.
