Yevhen Khlebnykov from Donetsk handed over his artwork made of recycled plastic to the Museum of Civilian Voices. He fled the war and found himself in a mission of saving the planet.
Yevhen founded the Precious Plastic Laboratory where he turns plastic waste into beautiful and useful items like lamps, drinking glasses, decoration items, and even outdoor furniture and paving stones. Yevhen designed the equipment and developed technological processes himself. As for plastic, he gets it from residents of Odesa. It was Odesa city that gave him a shelter when in 2014 he left the office with the equipment and the life of a photographer in Donetsk.
