Myroslava Minayeva from Antratsyt jumped into the last car of the convoy for which a corridor was organized in eastern Ukraine. And then she walked for several kilometres along an empty highway with a suitcase in one hand and a bag with a cat crazed from the explosions in the other.
Myroslava settled in Odesa where she opened a beauty salon. The salon offers free haircuts to pensioners, organizes master classes for children and collects funds for animal shelters to buy animal feed. She donated some symbols of her rebirth to a new life – a hair dye brush and a branded T-shirt – to the Museum of Civilian Voices
