She and her father wanted to leave for safety, but her destiny decided otherwise

The shelling of the Kramatorsk train station took the life of a 16-year-old girl. She was a creative person, liked doing hairdos and make-up. She did some TikTok videos and went in for sport.

“Nastia could paint very nicely. She often made posters for some school events and helped with decorations at school and in camps for children. She could recite poems beautifully and took part in competitions. Some time ago, she sang in the children’s band. She liked reading books, was intelligent, and well-read,” - Oleksandra, her friend, recollects.

Nastia studied at the Kramatorsk Vocational Metallurgy School to become a hairdresser and make-up artist. On April 8, she and her father wanted to leave for safety, but her destiny decided otherwise. They were killed by the bomb with the inscription “For Children!” on it.
