Three months ago, Russia unleashed its full-scale war on our land. Ukraine continues to fight bringing its victory closer every day. All this time, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has been focusing its resources on helping the most vulnerable categories of citizens and internally displaced persons.

During the 90 days of the war, the Foundation provided more than 580,000 units of medicines, over 60,000 blood transfusion bags and more than 185,000 food assistance packages for Ukrainians. Overall, the humanitarian assistance from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation reached more than 1.106 million people.
Over this time, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation’s hotline received more than 24,000 calls.

The Foundation also provides psychological support to internally displaced persons from the war zones. Its emergency psychological support points operate in Zaporizhzhia for those who relocated from Mariupol and Volnovakha. Similar spots have been opened in Lviv and Uzhgorod. Since 24 February 2022, psychological assistance as a charity help has been provided to more than 1,300 people.

Since 2014, the Museum of Civilian Voices‎ of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has been collecting the world’s largest archive of stories from civilians affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine. The Museum’s archive already has more than 15,000 stories told from the first person.

It is worth noting that since 24 February 2022, the humanitarian aid from Rinat Akhmetov has reached 2.5 million Ukrainians. More than 1 million of them were covered by the Foundation’s assistance, and the rest — by SCM businesses.

The charity help is provided in the framework of the Rinat Akhmetov — Saving Lives Program. During 16 years of its work, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation helped eight million people survive, three and a half million of them were saved in Donbass.
