In Mariupol, Kostiantyn's family - wife, son, and mother - lived on the Left Bank. The man served in a maritime security unit at a vessel repair plant. He was able to get to his family only twice. On 9 March, he brought water. And on 21 March, he took his family out of Left Bank by boat.

"We had a pro-Ukrainian position. The neighbours knew about it. They robbed my mother's apartment and beat me badly," says Konstantin, a resident of Mariupol.
