“We had a one-year-old girl with us, and one day a mine killed her only breadwinner”

Because of the shelling, we had to live and spend nights in the basement; we only came out to cook food. Olha Kutsenko with her husband, son, and dog Lola experienced trouble together. The woman’s son remembers his friend Feliks and other children with whom they played and petted the dog Lola. One day, while preparing food, a mine landed in their yard, leaving a one-year-old child without a breadwinner, and a little girl without a mother.
