"I was very happy to be back with my friends, at home with my dog"

In 2014, I left Donetsk for Kyiv. I didn't feel the war, I ran away from it.

I lived with relatives for two years and then returned home. It was difficult to get there, but we were able to.

I was very happy to be back with my friends, home, and dog… But I didn't understand how bad life was here. People didn't have any money, even though prices were going up. We survived, so to speak. It was also bad that half of my friends and family had left.

I want peace and people not to live in fear, not to lose everything that is dear to them in this war. After all, peace is when there is freedom not only in life, but also in speech.

I want peace!
