Nadiia is the head of the information and creative agency “YUN-PRESS” of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth. At the beginning of the invasion, it seemed that she would stop her work, but on the contrary, it became her salvation. Nadiia moved to the building of the Palace of Youth, where she began to collect and systematize essays, photos and videos that children sent from all over the country. From basements, from other countries, from train stations. As a result, a collection of 680 stories was published.
Nadiia also talks about wartime Kyiv, where it was difficult to find bread. She remembers numbers on her hand - 321. That was her number in the line for bread. But people united, helped, gave advice to each other. They took care of other’s animals, looked for medicine for their acquaintances. And didn’t even think to give up.
