"It was very scary. People had already lost all hope, the food was gone, the roads to leave were being shot at," recalls local resident Vasyl. A year and a half has passed since the liberation, but there is still no electricity in the village. Vasyl says that as long as he can walk on his own two feet, he will not leave his home. Moreover, he takes care of his neighbours' houses and their pets.
