Vladyslava's house was the first high-rise building in Pokrovsk to be hit by a russian missile. The girl was home alone, attending remote classes. And one after another, three explosions sounded. And the fourth one hit the house where Vladyslava was. The terrible force of the blow threw the girl to the floor. Outside, instead of daylight, there was darkness from dust and smoke. The door was jammed due to the hit, and she couldn't get out on her own. So she just held the dog and hamster in her arms.

After she was rescued by the State Emergency Service, she did not return to her apartment – it was impossible to repair the dwelling. Vladyslava now lives alone in Dnipro, her family has been scattered. Her father is in Pavlohrad, her mother and brother are in Dnipro, but in another district. The girl continues her studies and works. She dreams of returning to her home city.
