Konstiantyn Binkovsky is the commander of a rapid response unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross. In Mariupol, together with volunteers, the man tried to help civilians: he delivered food and water, medicines, and warm clothes.

"On February 27, the director of Metro contacted me and said that he was opening his warehouses for us to take everything we needed for people. We knew what shelters Mariupol residents were hiding in, how many of them there were and what their needs were. We delivered food, blankets, and formed first aid kits.

On  February 28, we were contacted by the owners of private farms, who had a lot of milk: "We are pouring it on the ground. If you need it, take it". We delivered 300-400 litres to people," says Konstiantyn Binkovskyi, a resident of Mariupol.
