Maryna is an artist from Chornomorsk. At the beginning of the war, she and her younger son, a member of the Ukrainian karate team, left for Austria. Her older son volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He got married in the Ukrainian Army. But he never found out that he had a daughter - a month after the wedding, Maksym was killed in the fighting near Bakhmut. Maryna returned to Ukraine to bury her son. And to get him the title of Hero of Ukraine. She expresses her pain in her paintings.
